NEW POSITION OPENING: Bank Operations Assistant
The Bank Operations Assistant entails customer relations, daily transaction assistance, and maintaining and improving the bank’s operations and ensuring it complies with regulations. Below is an example of typical functions of the role:

Customer Relations:
- Communications via phone and email
- Safety Deposit Box duties
- Account Reconciliations
- Open New Accounts (DDA, SAV and CDs)
- Online Banking and Mobile Banking Support
- ACH knowledge and Wire transactions
- Debit Cards
- Bank Statements
- ATM Machine and Operation/Servicing
- Loan reviews and audits
- Internal auditing of processes; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Strong knowledge of information systems technology.
- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.
- Ability to identifyy, analyze and solve complex issues quickly with logic and reasoning.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work with and relate to associates and customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues to bank management, in an accurate well-organized, logical manner.
Requirements - Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
To be hired for the role of operations assistant, it is required to possess the following qualities, skills, knowledge, abilities, etc.:
- Clear communication skills and ability to positively interact with customers
- Possess related experience and/or equivalent education. Higher education degree is a plus.
- Understanding of the concept of process and risk management; and banking and auditing
- Strong decision making, work ethics, and adaptability
- Strong working knowledge/ability to use MS Office and other standard software application tools
- Strong aptitude for easy and quick learning of audit, analytical, or/and facilitation skills
